  • This course will guide you through the Yang 10 Step Form which consists of 10 of the basic Yang Style Tai Chi Stances and Movements. It's a great Tai Chi Form for beginners to learn and practise, as well as being a good precursor to learning the more well-known Yang 24 Step Form.

I'm a qualified Tai Chi and QiGong Instructor. I hold a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine with the special interest of QiGong. I'm also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor. Having delivered Tai Chi sessions for the likes of Versus Arthritis, Prime Women and Fit&Well Magazine, as well as teaching weekly classes in my local area, I have created the Tai Chi Active class format to deliver effective low impact exercise by fusing together all my specialism and expertise.
