This is a really good step by step guide to the basic moves and positions, and a Tai Chi form. The contents are comprehensive and easy to understand. There is a written background and then you are taken through each move by helpful videos which you can follow along too. Having practiced moves, there is a full demonstration of the Yang 10 form to follow. I also found the written list of the order of the moves helpful in remembering the form. In the videos the form is run though slowly, to help you perfect the moves, at normal speed, and in mirror image. It is easier to follow a trainer’s moves with their back to you but you can’t see the position of their hands; mirror image allows you see that as well. Overall this is an excellent course package, especially for beginners.

An excellent course!

Very clear instructions with everything broken down into small steps. Useful as revision for not quite beginners too.
